Tora Goldman - personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach

In 2018, I began my career as a Personal Trainer, fueled by a passion deeply rooted in Muay Thai, Olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting. My early athletic experiences shaped my understanding of discipline, technique, and performance, guiding my transition into personal training and coaching.


In 2022, I moved to Vancouver to continue my work as a personal trainer. Throughout my career in Vancouver, I've worked extensively in high-end commercial gyms such as Equinox Vancouver, as well as numerous boutique fitness studios across the city. 


Initially, my personal training approach focused primarily on enhancing physical performance and achieving athletic excellence. However, as my career progressed, I recognized the importance of comprehensive education for lasting change. Diving deeper into rehabilitation topics introduced me to yoga, which quickly became an integral part of my life. This experience significantly influenced my personal trainer philosophy, highlighting the necessity of conscious and knowledgeable training.


Today, my strongest emphasis as a personal trainer is on educating clients—ensuring they understand not only how to perform exercises but also why each movement benefits their bodies. I believe true transformation comes from knowledge, as sustainable lifestyle changes extend far beyond the gym, impacting every choice you make throughout your day.


My goal is simple yet powerful: to empower you with the understanding and tools necessary to create long-term, meaningful improvements in your health, performance, and quality of life.
